How MEMC Chip works
This chip is used basically for adding the frames rates to a video. The MEMC chip is often integrated on higher-end TVs to simulate higher frame rates. Videos are shot in 24fps, 30fps and 60fps. MEMC chip is Motion estimation motion compensation.
